We want you to be fully satisfied with your JNCO Los Angeles purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn items with original tags attached. Please note that limited edition drops and final sale items are not eligible for return.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Print Your Label
Once approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely package your wide-leg denim or apparel.
Drop Off Package
Affix the label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location within 7 days of receiving your return authorization.
Receive Refund or Exchange
After our warehouse inspects the items, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange size within 5-7 business days.
